This robot is suppose to be designed to carry out interviews without discriminating people. Some people might find this very cool but others might feel uncomfortable. Technology is becoming better day by day. This robot could spark off some tension as if there are to many, they may take peoples jobs and leave them unemployed and the economy could lose out on things such as tax money. Another advantage is that robots don't have any feelings and they can't discriminate because this artificial intelligence only has one job to do which is to just interview.
