         <title>Cost Cutting quality a good example.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>        <br>Toyota a major company back in the 1990s to 2000 made major changes to cut costs aggressively it states so to improve profitability. The decisioin lied in the handsof of the shushas somewhat called kingpins in the business are knownto lower the threshold aggressively to cut costs.  Unfortunately it was  The bottom line for the majority of the  time that even when the feedback occurred they hit a brick wall intrems of making changes necessary.  Essentially what happened was the Shushas were defensive and the problems got worse even when the growing trend showed that a turn around was necessary. What happened is that when the bottom fell out the company suffered even worse then the shortcomes from the shushas arrived.  Esentially they were forced by the losses tomake dramatic reforms.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The three  basic yet main priorities of  improving organizational behavior to meet international competition, is a hands on way which includes managing the most types of organizational theories in changing ways is also very challenging.   <br>What is listed is the increase of global organizations operating territories(territory) the diversity of organizational workforces and the continued demand for high levels of moral and ethical thought and behavior from all angles. Lastly the continued demand for higher and improved upon levels of ethical and moral behavior in a work place environment.  It states that positive and diverse mangement is strongly linked to both work groups and performance in conjunction with jobs success and satisfaction. Managing a team is now the most integral part of launching a successful partaking in most businesses.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Organizational Open Systems</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It states first and foremost what an organization is.&nbsp; It states that it is a precise&nbsp; highly written carefully defined part and parcel of what being the dominant form or organizational form for the all the businesses in the western world. The piece goes on to say that there are societies that have been dominated by other types of organizations mainly religious organizations. At other times in history it has been military organizatins or militias. Also is the government organizations., Lastly is the family organizations. The bottom line is that although each organization&nbsp;<br>has its place and purpose there is still is a but the hierarchy of &nbsp; The four main internal componeents of these systems are task(s) people, technology, technology, and lastly structure. Their are another four companents of the internal organization is based on&nbsp; inputs outputs and key elements as such can all be defined in the&nbsp; task environment in which structur, tasks, people and technology all mesh and complete cycles of&nbsp;<br>g</div>]]></description>
