When I hear the word Califorina it make me think of all the coast of this state surounded by the ocean and the huge beaches with the sand. California make me think of the most famous neighborhood like Venise beach, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica in LA and for sure all the commercial areas where you can do your shopping with products that only exist in America. California is also one of the cinema city with the Hollywood sign and the walk of fam and the Warner bros studio where dream can be true. What I like about California is the ambience with the music that follow you when you’re doing some sports like roller skate, skateboard or bike. To me California is also a city where all the year the sun follow you and only positivity and good vibes. When I hear the word “California”, I think of a sun, the beach, palm tree, when People are laid-back lifestyle. California make me think a lot activities and some sport likes surf, bike, Skateboard… In many cities as San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, Los Angeles and its beaches as Venise beach, long beach…, famous cities and beach who make me dream. The word « California » reminds me of the sun and the beaches. They have various weather but I think the most frequent is the sun. On the beach, there is many waves and surfers. We can do so many outdoor activities like bikes, skateboard, rollers… or we can be inside in their big shopping centers. In California, there is a lot of big cities very touristic like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica... So we can meet so many Californians but also people around the world who come to visit the state. California has a big place in the technology production, may be we can strike in rich if we want to create a company. For example, the Google's headquarters take place in California, more exactly in Silicon Valley, the famous neighbourhood. Also, the cinema takes a big place in this state, particularly at Hollywood, this city welcomes so much celebrities so it becomes even more touristic.

I think California is a state to visit at least once in a life. In my opinion, when we walk outside, we can feel a good mood all around us and it can make us smile and relaxed.

California makes me think of, United-States of America, a beautiful continent. When I heard "California", I think of the weather, it's nice and warm, I think of the beautiful sunset which we can watch from the sea in Santa Monica, Venice beach. There is a lot of things to do, we can do surf, rollers, skateboard, people spend a lot of time to practise activities along the sea. In California there is a lot of famous cities like Hollywood, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, all of these cities make me dream. In Hollywood we can find the "Walk Of Fame", it's a place where there are stars, which lists name of famous celebrity in the United States and other country. Hollywood is also known because it's a city where the cinema is a very much part, for exemple, Silent cinema was very famous in this city.
In San Franscico, there is the Silicon Valley, where we can find the Google's headquarters, and others like Facebook or else Apple there is also Stanford University which is very renowned . The life in California is different than in France, people are more relaxed, time is passing more slowly, you can stay late on the beach.

At Silicon Valley, there are plenty of famous and popular compagny and headquaters, like Google, is a software application application used by all. Silicon Valley refers to industry-leading technology located in San Francisco, in California. Strongly related to the presence of Stanford University and UC Berkeley University, Silicon Valley has inspired many science parks in Europe. What I know about California is Los Angeles is the most popular in California, is the big city which include Hollywood that is the heart of the film and television industry. San Francisco is also amazing, it's known by the Golden State, it's famous with the permanent fog that emblem of this bridge. Finally San Diego is a city that is famous for beaches, parks and warm climate. Here is placed a zoo is very famous, and there are many beautiful building in California. When I hear the word "California", I think of sunset because of the famous Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. California makes me think of the lifestyle based on physical exercise, outdoor activities and being laid back. California conjures up images of the Hollywood sign, palm trees and beautiful beaches. It also makes me think of Silicon Valley where are the big compagnies like Google or Facebook. What I like about California is all these beautiful cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles or San Diego. I would really like to visit California, it's one of my dreams. What I know about California is that it's the most populous U.S state in the United States. I also know that they are famous universities like Stanford University. But I know that there's been some wildfires in California and drought too.
However, California is best known for the "Walk of Fame" in Hollywood where some celebrities have their stars. Finally, California makes me think of the famous Route 66 which crosses 8 states, from Chicago to Los Angeles. Also, California makes me think of Venice Beach, a Californian landmark where people have fun, relax and chill out. I really wish I could live there.

The word "California" reminds me of a journey I had there. My landmark in Carlifornia is San Francisco, I love this city and its brige called "The Golden Gate". The city is pretty windy and it is really convenient to travel in the cable cars, they offer a good view of the bay. San Francisco's weather in summer isn't really hot but it's not cold neither, if you go for a walk this kind of weather is just perfect. Speaking about walking in this city, you can't go there without take a look at the "painted ladies": few houses on the hill, each of them has its own color.
California also makes me think of Yosemite National Park. It's an incredible place where you can see bears and waterfalls. Moreover, this park is really moutaineous. Most people, when they hear "California", they imagine arid places but I rather imagine big forests in the moutains, just as Yosemite. The californian coast is known because of its beaches. Santa Monica and Venice Beach are really famous ones in Los Angeles. Good places to chill out and do some outdoor exercices, they attract many tourists and surfers. California is a place that bring people together.

To me California represents the American dream, indeed San Francisco, Los Angeles or San Diego remind me of Americain tourism. Lot of people goes to America to visit the Golden Gate or national parks. California symbolizes a very cool lifestyle. People visit California for the beach or for some theme parks like DisneyLand, Universal Studios Hollywood. Their are places where everybody dream to go !

Then, when I hear the word ''California'' I think of technology. The silicon Valley is a landmark for companies as Apple, Facebook or Google which have their headquarter here. Once again California lifestyle is so cool, the workers seems to be always relax. The employes can go to the beach after work.

I think for everybody California stands for the cinema. Hollywood is located in this area and series studios are here to. All famous art directeurs film theirs movies and series in this area.

However, naturals disasters affect California. Since somes years, each summer, fire and water shortage affect California. So California has to face to risks !

If I had to choose some words that would sum up California,I would choose sunset,relax,good vibes,Venice Beach,Hollywood...What I know about California is the famous "Venice Beach":is a Californian landmark where people have fun,relax and chill out. It is a place that seem to sum up the Californian lifestyle based on outdoor activities,being laid back,stylish shops,cafeterias...
There are different cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Sacramento ... Los Angeles is the most famous city because it is the world capital of cinema:Hollywood is known for its movie studios. Tourists from around the world also come to admire the famous "HOLLYWOOD" sign.
In San Fransisco,there is the "Silicon Valley":it's the cradle of American high technology. It is here that products and trends are invented, and that the ways of life of today and tomorrow are born.
For me, California means progress, future, evolution,new technologies ... but also relaxation,holidays and good mood.I would like to go to California once in my life.

To me California is the definition of the dreamt life, there is everything that a person needs. I would like visiting this country and its landscape. If I was there I will be probably at Venice beach.
California is born through the gold rush in 1848.
The word California makes me think of young and very sun tanned people rolling along the beach and looking the seaside. What I like about California is that everything seems so cool, like that looks like everybody is on holiday. California makes me think of ice cream and surf shops. When I hear the word << California >>, the first word that comes to my mind is surf because to me California is people who do competitions of surfing with huge waves. What I know about California is that California has a lifestyle based on physical exercise, outdoor activities and being laid back. California is not just beach and sun there is too an other part of the country where there is Hollywood which is the largest city famous for the cinema. When I hear the word "California", the first words that comes to my mind is "California love", the music sung by the famous 2pac because to me it means the music of my childhood, wich calls California festive and sunny.
In fact California conjures up images of sun and holiday because it's bordered by the Pacific Ocean and the temperatures are brought up. California is also ideal for relaxing, thanks to its paradisiacal beaches, like the " Gold Bluffs Beach" renowed for its calm and white sand.
What I like about California is the differents landscapes that it proposes like the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and the forest of giant redwoods, it's impressive it's like a dream !
Finally, if I had to choose one word that would sum up California , I would choose "The Golden Gate Bridge", the famous red bridge located in California and leading to San Fransisco, because for me it's one of the most famous and the most beautiful bridges in the wrold.

To me, California is a dream town. Which mixes both the landscape, because it finds on the coast or you can see several landscapes at a time. In addition to California, holidays because San Diego San Francisco or Los Angeles are tourist cities, for example Venice Beach is a special beach where there are several activities such as surfing, roller board, etc... California is in the future with this technology that we can see in Silicon Valley or we find several quartiers of headquarters at Google and Apple. What I like about California is the landscape, I would like to go there once in my life because it makes me dream a lot. Moreover, I know that California is located on the West of the United States.

The passers of Venice Beach also think me sport because they practice physical activities such as rollers, bodybuilding or swimming.

When I hear the word California, I think of the American dream, the easy and happy life, with a heavenly climate all year and of course the beautiful landscapes : the splendid natural parks like the Yosemite Park, located in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, which I have long admired in pictures. Then the magical places of Los Angeles make me dream, those related to art especially, as Art Districts in the city center with colorful murals. For me Los Angeles is a city of dreams, there are artists who inspires us everywhere and many museums. To me, California is the American Dream. There are big cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco or San Diego... Los Angeles is my favorite city in the world because this is the city of fame, movies, success. There is Hollywood Boulevard, Walk of Fame, Hollywood sigh etc...
The weather is great, this is almost sunny all the time. There are amazing sunsets every evenings. The population is very open-minded and no one is judging anybody.
California is the place to go. At least once. It also makes me think of summer partys, concerts, shows...
There are many monuments to see, many cities to visit, many museums... You can lay down on the beach or swim into the waves of the warm sea.

California makes me think of Venice, a neighborhood in the west of the city of Los Angeles. This area is known for its canals and beaches and is nicknamed the "Venice of America".
In my opinion in this area there are ice cream shops that make ice cream too good with their unique flavors and restaurants that make their specialties to be able to satisfy and attract more customers. So what I will do if I visit this area one day is to taste all the flavors of ice cream and go to all the restaurants that are located at the edge of the beach to see the sunset that must surely be beautiful. When I see the photos of this neighborhood it makes me really want to move, bike, skate and have fun with friends.
I think my next destination will be California.

When I hear the word « California », the first word that comes to my mind is the American dream because to me it means of United States: the huge buildings, the Show business Stars, the silicon-Valley with the technological companies as google, apple and so on.

Of course, I think immediately to Los Angeles, Hollywood with the well-known people (Johnny Hollyday, Tonny Parcker, Mickael Jackson…), the place where the awards are delivered: the Chinese Theatre on Hollywood boulevard in LA.

And also, The famous Hollywood Boulevard with the name of the stars in pink.

California conjures up the Universal studio in L.A, San Diego, the big fail of San Andreas, Malibu, Venice Beach with the muscle beach, Santa Monica, Santa Barbara.

What I like about California is the city of San Francisco, the Golden Gate bridge, Alcatraz where AlCapone was in jail, this fog citiy is just fantastic with his cable car, and the pier 39 with sea lions.

If I had to choose one word that would sum up California, I would choose the sunshine. Because California is the state where there is a very good weather, with also some beautiful cities, with fantastic national parcs such as Yosemite or Death Valley.

A lot of movies come from California such as Monk, Bullit, Petry Woman, The Rock, San Andreas, « L’évadés d’alcatraz » and Beverly Hills Cop.

What I know about California is a state among the 52 states of the United States. The California is in the west coast, the ocean is the pacific with sharks. The language it’s American English but we can find lot of people Spanish speaker.

The word California makes me think of the West coast of America and the Pacific ocean.
To me California is a place of culture with for example Hollywood in Los Angeles whose the biggest producers of movies. Simply because for me a star has the power to shine, beautify and realize dreams, just like California.

California is the most populous state in the United States thanks to its famous cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego. Los Angeles is mainly known for its cultural activity : cinematography, musical pieces and musical culture. Most of the celebrities of their career have started in these places and this has changed their lives. Their dreams have been realized and marked in the artistic stories.

What I know about California is that California is at west at America.

What I like about California is his sun, in fact there is never really bad temperature. When I hear the word "California" the first word that comes to my mind is Hollywood, to me it is a real capital of the cinema. I went on a trip in California and I was not disappointed, it was like my dream, but it was real !

There is the Google's headquarter and many other...
I think famous places too like Los Angeles, Venise Beach and Hollywood because they are in California.
Don't forget music : "California girls", "Hotel California" for exemple or one of the most famous group of music : The Beach Boys !
When anybody speak of California, I see beaches and Pamela Anderson who is running on ! Don't forgot the sea and the sun... wich everybody know with "Baywatch to Malibu" and people like this dreamy landscape !
