She grew up with her two younger brothers. Malala and her family was part of a ethnic group known as the pashtuns. Malala’s early childhood was peaceful. At the start of her school years she went to Khushal Public School and from there she went on to Edgbaston High School in Great Britain.   As a young girl Malala defied the Talibans and demanded that all girls should be allowed to receive education. On October 9, 2012 Malala was shot in the head by a Taliban gunman while she was walking home from school. When she was shot, she quickly flown from Peshawar to Birmingham. Malala was shot because she stood in for that girls should be able to go to school. She got famous because she survived the assassination attempt by the  Taliban and she won a Nobel peace prize.

Thanks for Malala  all girls are able to complete the full course of primary school.
Children in pakistan have the right to access free education.
