Keshawn was one of those people that if you were having a bad day in class he would somehow put a big smile on your face. He was a funny, kind, charismatic guy. Keshawn was also liked by many people and it would be impossible to hate the guy. May he rest in peace.

I am going to miss my big homie. He was a good friend and somebody that cared for others before himself. He would talk to you and have a good conversation. I can't remember a time when he would speak to you and it wasn't a happy look on his face. He was such a proud person of most of his actions. LLK R.I.P Big Bizzy, Big Garfield. Really wish he would just stick with one nickname

Keshawn always would come up to me with a smile on his face and say hello coach. How are you doing? Even though I did not teach him his first two years he would stop in front of his friends in the hallway and come over to me to shake my hand, say hello, with a big smile on his face. He brought sunshine to our building each day. He will be missed.

i feel like i’m in a dream and can’t believe this is real. keshawn was the life of the party anywhere he went always telling jokes, playing music, and just living life. he was a great person to talk to and have around. i hate that we have to say goodbye so soon. things will never be the same without you. you will always be miss and my deepest condolences to his family.

Keshawn was the first friend I made during my early years of high school; he accepted me for who I was and the same goes for me vice versa. He was always there for all of his friends when we needed him. Words can’t describe how much love I have for him, I just really wish we could’ve walked across the stage together. keshawn was the sweetest and most joyful person to be around. he would always include everyone around him and make sure everyone around him was laughing and having a good time. i remember he would always jokingly call me “grass” and introduce me to new songs i’ve never heard before. we’d then sing along and dance while listening to those songs. despite how goofy he was, he was always there to listen, offer advice, and was a person i could rely on always. rest in peace keshawn. we all love you so so so much. -grace

Keshawn was one of my closest friends that I made in my years of high school. He would always be there checking up on me,making sure I was doing good. I made a lot of memories with him in school and outside of school. One thing I would always remember is when he would tell me “Follow your dreams, whatever your looking for is right in front of you” it breaks me to know that he’s gone, but he will always have a special place inside my heart🕊❤️- Richard

Keshawn’s smile. That’s all you needed. That smile would light up the room because of how big it was. There was never a time together when he didn’t smile. I know he was fighting some demons, but that never stopped him from smiling. He was there for everybody, it didn’t matter who you were. Every time the bell rang for class and I’d see him in the halls or he saw me and we would shake hands and go along with our day. Or the time I seen you by my block hanging with Danny. I’ve never seen you down. You made me realize how precious life really is. Because of you I’ll forever have a different view of life. Forever Big Bro and always I love and miss you💔.
