Step 1: Students (group1) collect familiar recipes  in Word Document (including some photos of ingredients and key moments). Include symbols to mean if this recipe is high in carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, vitamins, minerals or others. And if it is healthy. Copy the sample.

Step 2: Students (group2) make a cooking video of "step1 recipes".

Step 3: Students (group3) compile all material and make a book con videos.

COMMENTS: It would be interesting that all High Schools make the three steps but interchanging materials with the rest.
