         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is called an attention deficit disorder. People with this struggle with shifting focus, regulate alertness and emotions. It can also become inherited. It is a cluster of difficulties that involve the self management system in the brain. <br><br>The diagnosis of children are before the age of 12. Symptoms need to occur in 2 or more settings so that we know it is consistent. </div>]]></description>
