“ During the first few months, neither I nor Sufi set foot outside the site. We were afraid of the Iranian police. We were afraid of ending up……. In Iran know what Telisia and Sang Safid are. ”( pag 77.)This shows they were indeed really scared, because they didn’t even want to leave the site. They didn’t yet trust the place and the people, they needed time to belief it was safe. The mood changed after those couple of months the mood was now changed into a happy and safe place, somewhere he was comfortable at. You can see this because of these quotes: “ I have to tell the truth, because if anyone ever reads these words…… I liked it there, on the site. It’s true we worked very hard. We worked all…… hours a day.” (pag 81.) He shows he now is happy and feels comfortable at where he is, he started appreciating it and really like it there, even though he had to work hard. He also really liked the people he worked with and of course his friend Sufi made it a lot less hard, because he had a friend to share this experience with. The tone the writer wrote in was pretty positive and the text was pretty detailed in some parts some example quotes of this are: “ An electric cable……. Light bulb on the end. “ (pag 76.)This sentence is very detailed because the writer writes almost 4 sentences only about an electric cable, he gives a lot of details about where the cable goes to this happens a lot when he talks about this city. It’s written positive because the writer writes it in a way that only the story is negative at some points but not the tone of the writer.

The narrative is made up of Enaiat telling his story, but this is sometimes interrupted by the writer asking him question. Parts of the intervieuw with Enaiat are put in the book, this also happens when Enaiat tells about his journey in Rome. An example of this is “ How do you choose a place to settle, Enaiat? “ ( pag 190.) These kinds of interruptions happen a lot, it doesn’t really add anything to the story, but it’s more a reaction on what Enaiat is telling. It interrupts the Narrative, instead you could skip those parts and read it as a memoir. In Rome it’s  also told in a sequence he tells the events in a specific order example quotes of those events following each other are: “ I joined the queue. They told me they were…….. down in. “ ( pag 190.) next event he was in a conversation with Payam “ Yes, this is payam. Are you really Enaiatollah? “ ( pag 192) next event he went to the office of foreign minors “ It was Payam who……. Of the air.”(pag 193)  You can tell from these quotes he keeps telling new events that happen. So the narrative is the sequence of the events that happen.
