It reminds me of concerts where you can jump and dance to. Another great example is karaoke which explains the picture is use. This is because the singer connects to the artist singing and with the crowd that surrounds them. The definition of participatory for me is being at a concert with the artist interacting with the crowd by shaking hands, taking pictures or if you get lucky crowd suffering. When I went to the Russ concert I interacted with the artist and really enjoyed it. An example for me is a orchestra playing a beautiful music like in the picture shown below. The artist do not interact with the people and are more serious on what they do.
