I have found that there is sufficient support for the ECR, but the hardest part is coming out of EMCR phase, where there is no support, especially for the Women in STEM. Any specific advice for this phase of the career?

Joe's expertise is so valuable! Would you be open to giving short guest lectures in various disciplines to demonstrate the transferability of Indigenous Knowledges? While I appreciate how important it is for us as educators to learn and deliver this learning ourselves, it would be such an authentic experience having your voice in our lectures if we are not first-nations ourselves.
