         <description><![CDATA[<p>We will plan an interactive and engaging lesson using visuals, games, or group activities to capture students' attention.  We will also observe their responses and adjust our approach to make the lesson more effective. Afterward, we will reflect on what worked and what needs improvement to enhance classroom engagement.</p><p><br></p><p>The examples of the actiivties are the following such as (1) warm-up game <strong>li</strong>ke “Simon Says” or any DAP/short movement break to grab attention, (2) Integrate visual aids and story-based learning, (3) collaborative activity, (4) Use exit tickets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>As a pre-service teacher, how can you take responsibility for improving your teaching?</strong></p><p>We will seek feedback from the mentor, reflect on the teaching experiences, and study effective strategies to improve student learning and we will also observe other teachers, join training opportunities, and apply what we learn to support student understanding and achievement.</p>]]></description>
