         <description><![CDATA[<div>Initially, when conducting my independent study (before the session), I noticed there were a LOT of transitions between the PPT, handouts and supplemental resources.  During the actual session, I realized I have never seen (or used) the Breakout rooms where participants get to choose their room.  This is something brand new to me that I will need to practice prior to presenting.  I also added a question to the padlet about tips for the multiple screen transitions.</div>]]></description>
