During this workshop, I learned some strategies to apply with my students in the future. I realized that I need to modify some aspects in my planning and add communicative approach activities. Being a teacher is an everyday challenge but I'm not alone !! Knowledge, attitude, experience and tons of patient are on my side guiding me to do my best every single day. I hope to touch at least one student per group and be a positive inspiration

When you are working with teenagers it's a wonderful trip although sometimes you want to cry maybe because you feel happiness or you need to improve your metodolgy teaching.

This workshop was great! I learned a lot of aspects that I need improve.

Thank you so much for all your knowledge you shared us. This course was amazing. At the begging I thought It would be just one day class, but trough the day classes I get excited to learn more.

Hopefully I can say I learned different strategies and I hope I can apply at my classes (it depends on the time I have to do them, but surely I'll adapte them).

I think I need to return to speaking activities, because in this scholar year I noticed a low level in speaking in my students. Now I know new strategies to use and they'll get fun during the process.

I'm working in a rural place so I need to adapt many of those strategies that Mr Mario Aguilar thaught by the school context.

I enjoy to meet more teachers around the state.

Teaching English to teenagers can result in a complex task often. I witness rebelion in my classroom everyday but I've also seen miracles happening. When they remember the days of the week or the cardinal numbers I feel joy. This workshop help me to identify the aspects to improve in my teaching and planning. Diversification is one main factor for a better lesson, learning process and effective teaching. Now I can understand better formative assessment and how to implemented in my classroom. During the development of this course, I learnt a lot about English teaching strategies, like communicative approach,task based teaching, and formative assessment to now how much our students have learn and how good were my teaching strategies.I also learnr about how to plan activities.I also learnt that we have to motivate our students and trust in them because they are creative, they can work on their own and have critical thinking.As a conclusion I can say that this workshop helped me very much in my teaching work.We never have to give give up, we have to give our best in teaching to our students.My reflexion is tahat I think that I need to include in my planning more listening. I have learned a lot in this course I think i´ts very useful and interesting. The way in which Mr. Mario and Mr González have carried out this course. I have now more strategies to teach English to my students so they can be more motivated to work. I learned my students can make mistakes and I have to encourage them to do it better. I realized that I have to work more on communicative activities. I met many teachers and share with them a little about what I know but I learned a lot from them. I´m really grateful for all what you share us.

I want to share some apps we can use to make your plans or whatever you want to work with your students. They are Google bard and GPT.

Since I started this course, I realized that it was going to be very interesting and a lot of things I was going to learn, so, thank you teacher for all these days, thanks for your time, I really appreciate. Now, I am going to spread this knowledge with my students as much as I can and the best I can, too.

I Think the challenges that I have with my students are the ones I described in the picture.

I liked this course because I learnt different ideas from the teachers I worked with. Teacher Mario remind me some strategies I saw when I was studying at the language faculty and some new ideas we can carry on the classroom. The phrase he said that I keep in my mind is do not start "con brazos caidos", we have to dare do activities with our students even they do not know English at all and motivate them talk in english in every chance they have. I have to say that I didn't enjoy the course as I would like, because of the time, as I work in the afternoon and I arrived late most of the time L.

Working with teenagers is hard but I try to do my best and I will continue learning new strategies to improve my work.

Mr. Aguilar and Mr. González thanks for your great job in this course.

To be honest, during this workshop I realize that I was more focus on what I think I'm better like planning lessons based on communicative activities, grammar or vocabulary. Sometimes I still struggling with the idea that new things are not well accepted for some students or easy to do in my context, even though I will do it, you give a lot of ideas of how can I do this new things enjoyable for me and for my students. Thank you Mr Mario for this amazing workshop.

In my experience, this was an amazing oportunity to learn about methodology and strategies to help me improve my teaching practice. I learned a lot from Mr. Aguilar, but also from other teachers because in every session they shared their experiences with us. There are some strategies that I liked and I will use in the classroom.

In this course I refreshed knowledge about the learning - teaching process , I enriched the way to plan my lessons and I shook my head (it inspired me) to restart using English as much as it is possible in class ( I teach in a rural zone where it’s very difficult to engage student to give importance to the English subject but it’s possible to do it). It was like a reminder to continue planning my lessons with motivation and to give more attention to the reflection stage . Getting students feedback is crucial to know how well they and we are doing it. I liked the collaborative work, the lesson planning sessions and how Mr. Aguilar praised our efforts, encouraged us to participate and promoted teachers felt free to express comments or make questions .

In my opinion, it would be good to plan meet or zoom session with volunteer teachers to continue interchanging experiences, strategies or having speaking practice, I would love to participate in a teachers squad like that.
