After seasoning the meat we take it to the refrigerator and proceed to remove the excess fat from the bacon "it should weigh about 10 lbs".<br><br></div><div>In the third step we cook the pea until it is somewhat soft about 25-30 minutes depending on the fire, 5 pounds of rice with a little color without being mazacotudo or very dry. (Everything is done a day before).<br><br></div><div>(The next day) Turn on the oven until it reaches an average temperature for an hour or two.<br><br></div><div>In the fifth step we proceed to incorporate the rice with the pea, place the bacon on a table where we can work comfortably.<br><br></div><div>As a sixth step we put a layer of rice with pea, then a layer of pork; we do this procedure until the rice is finished along with the meat.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>In the seventh step we will cook around the bacon with a cap needle, and a thick and fine thread.<br><br></div><div>In the eighth step we prepare a baking soda ballot with a tablespoon of oil and half a baso water to add to the bacon on top.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>As a ninth step we put it in the oven at least 8 hours so that it is good.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>"All this is enough for about 50 people".<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;¿Estudié y aprendí los temas sugeridos del e-Book?&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Si estudie los temas que sugería el e-Book, en algunos ejercicios tenia un poco de dificultades, pero después caía en cuenta del error que tenia y lo rectificaba.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>• ¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados?<br><br></div><div>Quizás no participé en los tiempos indicados, pero si lo hice, y tuve muy buenas retroalimentaciones de mi tutor.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>• ¿En cuáles de los siguientes espacios de interacción y aprendizaje participé:&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Foro de esta tarea, CIPAS, Webconferencias, grupo de WhatsApp, grupo de&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>telegram?<br><br></div><div>Participe en el foro de esta tarea y en el grupo de WhatsApp leía sugerencias de mis compañeros.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>• ¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Mediante el desarrollo de esta tarea aprendí presente simple, pasado progresivo y pasado simple; de igual manera, aprendí Adverbio de frecuencia y ahora también se como se prepara un plato típico de mi región como lo es la lechona, porque antes solo sabia comermerlo (para ello tuve que consultar con un amigo de mi padre, quien me indico los pasos de cómo se prepara la lechona). Y finalmente, apredí vocabulario nuevo.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>• ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué?<br><br></div><div>Desde luego que es de vital importancia, ya que permite que adquiera nuevos conocimientos, y lo pueda practicar a medida que vaya adquiriendo habilidades para con el inglés.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>• ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?<br><br></div><div>Desde muy chica he tenido claro que le ingles es de vital importancia en todos los ámbitos laborales, ay que abre puertas en este sentido; más sin embargo por otro lado, me encanta la idea de viajar, y también sé que debo saber hablar el idioma universal, por ello, aunque me considero un poco mala, hago mi mejor esfuerzo por aprenderlo y practicarlo.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
