      <description>Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Karlie Vale Milstein joined Focus Family Care as a home health aide in 2020. Her primary responsibilities in this position involve providing personal care support to patients and overseeing the administration of medications, among other patient care and clerical duties. Prior to joining Focus Family Care, she spent time as a kennel technician at Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Loxahatchee Groves, a position that involved the total oversight and care of rescue dogs, from intake until each animal was successfully placed in a home. Between 2018 and 2019, Karlie Milstein gained experience as a sales manager at NYS Collection Eyewear, during which time she hired, trained, and assessed all staff members.

In 2020, Karlie Vale Milstein began a central service online technical training program with Purdue University. Outside of her studies and her responsibilities with Focus Family Care, her personal interests include running, spending time in nature, and volunteering as an animal caregiver at a local farm.</description>

Socialization is an example of an important aspect of raising a dog that may go overlooked by individuals or families who do not have experience with canines. While the act of socializing puppies must be a top priority for all dog owners, it can be absolutely critical for certain breeds. In fact, some dogs will need to be engaged in socialization efforts for all of their lives.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
