The main point received from the video about Toddlers and Tiaras, is that "people are becoming desensitized by these parents abusing their children." No child should be put to a stage on national television and have their tantrums broadcasted to the world. Not only are these parents to blame, but also the directors, producers, filming crew, etc.

Because of what these young girls are exposed to and portrayed as, America has the highest teen pregnancy and STD rates of the industrialized world. On the other hand, girls also have a low self esteem as a result of holding their exterior as more important than their interior.

Through the media, girls are encouraged to flaunt their bodies and it is becoming normalized for girls to dress in a sexual fashion, and it is even looked down upon to not dress that way.

Children are being sexualized by playing naked and "exploring" their bodies and others at the ages of 6 and 7. Mustapha Mond also participates in this sexualization by talking to the boys on tour about sex and marriage, when they didn't explicitly want to.

Yes, by talking about sex with Helmholtz, about having multiple girls daily, there are other places in the book talking about sexualization.

Why are children and adolescents being sexualized in every day life?

Children and adolescents are being sexualized in every day life, because exposing them to such content is easier than protecting them from it. There are nude women found on every website. Ad's on seemingly "clean" websites talking about products making your skin "baby soft." 

Now although this may not seem terrible, if you look at the picture below the sexualization definition, you can see a girl being sexualized. How? After kissing her dance teacher, (yeah you heard that right, a 12 year old and a 46 year old) she practices the dance where she leans in to kiss the boy, before running off with her hands over her mouth. She runs to the front room to talk to her friends, leaving him in the room with the dance teacher. (The same one that kissed the little girl.) The boy later admits that he liked the girl and was glad he got to kiss her. Would the girl be sexualized for being forced to kiss someone on live T.V.? Would the boy be sexualized for admitting feelings for someone he was being forced to kiss? Who is being sexualized here? Through this they are able to form/ create the people into who they want them to be not what they want to become. Things such as free-thought and the fear of death don’t exist. Also sexual and reproductive habits are formed in this "education" they have created for 'their' world. When the people grow older, sex becomes an act of release, a form of entertainment, and is no longer 'used' as procreation. Promiscuity is celebrated in different ways. If no one steps up for these children, what's to stop the sexualization from moving forward? 

In all technicality, children kissing isn't sexual in nature, or at least intentionally. Being forced to do something you don't want to (assuming it's kissing on live TV) however, should be. 

If no one steps up for sexualized persons, if no one says anything at all, then society adapts to this new discovery. Society is changing with the media, that's how it has always been, society changing after the media. What happens when our world becomes like Huxley's World State, who will be to blame then?

When the DHC (The Director of Hatcheries and Conditioning) hears a child cry out, not wanting to engage in this "erotic" play, he sends him off with a nurse to take him to be reviewed. The little girl playing with him is sent off to find someone else as he calls this "charming". The other boys agree, but recently ceased in preforming the "erotic" play, and are uncomfortable at this. Although not considered sexualization in itself, the act of engaging in this discussion, is in fact sexualization of the boy's minds in a sexual manner.
