Morning Meetings

Morning meetings are a great way to start off each day of the week. For younger grades this could look like a fun greeting with a few different varieties to cycle through, followed by a class letter written by the teacher, concluding with a team building game that is rotated every few days. This can give a very structured routine with a slight variation for engagement.
For older grades, this can be student-lead. They could make the greeting a question for each student to answer and write the letter themselves. They can then select an ending from a list of team-building games or choose to do something such as a tongue twister or fun fact.
