In islam, seeking knowledge is an act of worship. Therefore, it must be done with proper manners (adab)

1. Outward manners - showing respect to teachers, sitting properly in a class, listening attentively without interupting, speaking politely

2. Inward manners - having sincerity in seeking knowledge, be patient in facing challenges in learning, trusting Allah for understanding and guidance

ADAB OF THE QURAN

Since the Quran is the word of Allah, it requires the highest respect and etiquette

1. Be in a state of wudhu before touching the mushaf

2. Recite properly with tajwid

3. Keep it in a clean, high place

4. Do tadabbur the verses

5. Implement its teaching in life

The Hadith of Jibril highlight the foundation of our faith

• ISLAM - practicing the five pillars

• IMAN - believing in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day and Qadar

• IHSAN - worshipping Allah sincerely as if you see Him, knowing that He always sees you

The hadith beautifully outline the balance between actions, belief and spirituality, teaching us that true faith requires both outward obedience and inward sincerity.

1. Belief in Allah

• Faith that Allah is the only God, the Creator and Sustainer, with no partners.

• Includes belief in His names and attributes.

2. Belief in Malaikah (Angels)

• Angels are created from light and always obey Allah.

• Each has duties like delivering revelation, protecting humans, and recording deeds.

3. Belief in Kutub (Divine Books)

• Allah revealed books as guidance for mankind.

• The Qur’an is the final and complete revelation, preserved until the end of time.

Usrah also taught me humility that no matter how much we know, there is always more to learn and improve within ourselves. Most importantly, it helped me to reflect on my relationship with Allah, to renew my intention, and to strive towards becoming a better servant of Him.

For this roleplay, our group chose the topic about the importance of being humble and the hikmah of being humble

Our team had discussed the topics amongst each other to gain more ideas and knowledge. My contribution in this poster was the importance of being humble with hadith as a references to strengthen our point.

Sr Diyanah and Sr Ayeshah worked on the importance of being humble.

Sr Jazlina and Sr Yasmin worked on the hikmah of being humble.
