Some pupils are self-motivated and show interest. Others need frequent reminders to complete their work. Some time. I was able to use some teachable moment to open a discussion on Passion for Learning - taking ownership about own learning. Targeting at my class profile, I also ensure that I support them in achieving factual fluency in Mathematics (esp addition and subtraction).
