My mentors work year-round so they weren't always available and then the six hour time difference between Hawai'i and North Carolina made scheduling difficult. Either way, through an e-mail, my mentors answered the questions I sent them which gave me thirty minutes spent with them. The rest of it was made up for in my 52 hours of leadership training and Hawai'i homeless mentoring as stated in these documents.
