For many people, they've invested time and effort into an old way of doing things. And they feel emotionally attached to the past. Often, people can identify gaps, but they will excuse these issues because they are used to them.

Additionally, most of us will struggle to see the benefits that the changes can bring to us.

Will behave like Hem and Scurry in the beginning but eventually must be like Haw

Difficult to manage change especially in an organization with different perspectives and competencies

A supportive environment helps us ease in as we embrace changes.

Also, past failures experiences with change may cloud our decisions

Accept that certain changes will not benefit me but for the greater good

However, once I change my mindset about change, it feels less threatening.

However, change requires us to do things differently or even give up something.

Most of the time Haw, but sometimes Hem. I wish I could be sniff to look ahead and be able to anticipate change.

I have no adverse feelings towards change, but it does scare me at times, and I need time to overcome that fear to move forward.
