It was fake shop .

I spoke to consumer protection and they told me that the law does not protect fools

On the same day, my bank confirmed the payment, but I didn’t receive any order updates. When I contacted customer service, they claimed they hadn’t received the payment and asked me to pay again. I sent proof, but they still insisted it wasn’t received and offered to refund only half the amount. Frustrated, I refused and demanded a full refund. After several emails, they finally agreed. This experience taught me to always double-check payments and stand up for my rights.
