quirk info :: his quirk doesn’t allow him to touch solid ground. (he can swim normally though.) Taiyo floats at least 3 feet off the ground passively. they can fly around really high, similar to all flying quirks. Taiyo can also pass through solids and people, although going through non-living objects is a choice, he cannot prevent himself from passing through a person. 

other info ::  he can’t disable their quirk on his own, and it’s required to take quirk suppressants to touch the ground. this quirk is a mix of mutation and transformation.

drawbacks :: he can become lightheaded when touching the ground, body is not accustomed to gravity, nausea from quirk deactivation, (mental) touch starved, (mental) touch aversive, body rejects suppressants - fever, flickering in and out of consciousness, cramps, nausea, headaches
