Congratulations on your retirement! As I reflect on the few years we’ve worked together, I feel incredibly grateful to have had you not only as a mentor, but as a true friend. Your guidance, wisdom, and steady presence have shaped so much of who I am professionally—and personally, too.

You’ve led by example with grace, kindness, and integrity. Watching the way you carry yourself, how you treat others, and how you pour yourself into your work has inspired me more than I can put into words. I often find myself thinking, “What would Margaret do?”—and I know I’ll keep doing that for years to come.

While I’ll miss seeing you on screen almost every day, I’m so excited for this next chapter in your life. I truly hope your dreams of moving to Costa Rica with your husband come true—it sounds like such a beautiful new beginning. You’ve earned every bit of rest, joy, and adventure that lies ahead.
