Have the class stand up. Place 4 pieces of papers on the floor on each corner of an imaginary square. Write one of these on each paper:
 
Agree
Somewhat Agree
Disagree
Somewhat Disagree
 
Bring up a controversial scenario regarding some ethical situation and have the students go stand by the piece of paper that most likely reflects their opinion regarding the subject. Have selected students at random discuss why they are standing near that piece of paper. 
 
Then, choose another topic and do the same. Be sure all students get to voice their opinion. At the beginning, tell them there are no right or wrong answers, just their opinions. No Groupthink here.
