         <title>Expert (Role Modeled) Guided Model of Learning</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a gateway approach, in which an expert (not always the teacher) models the 'beginner' level approach to certain tasks (like creating music, art, or coding online). The students then are allowed to advance at their own rate through their chosen series of activities, and as they pass each checkpoint become 'experts' that can help new students starting at a 'beginner' level. <br><br><strong><em>Example</em></strong><em><br>Sherwood Mills' tech club is an example of this; here is a link to the gateway students will be using, complete with three separate chains (Art, Music and Coding) while being able to post their work at separate parts of the chain and become 'experts' to new 'beginner' students and teacher on the subject matter they've posted on!<br></em><a href="https://padlet.com/markgiraldi/techclub"><em>https://padlet.com/markgiraldi/techclub</em></a></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A free flowing learning environment with lots of interchangeable parts that can be assembled in a number of ways. Often found in the learning commons (very similar to the library, including craft supplies, Lego building pieces, 3D printers, tools, hardware supplies, and various other types of technology).
