Her parents were Catholics who used most of their money&nbsp; spreading their faith. When her parents died they left their kids in debt.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Margarent and her siblings set sail to Maryland in hope of a new start. Using their close ties to Lord Baltimore to gain 70 acres of land. She and her sister actually owned land since they never married. Margarent impressed  Leonard Calvert and soon shared guardianship with him over Mary Kitomaquund a powerful native american daughter. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In 1645 a person named Richard Ingle attacked Maryland. A couple years later Leonard Calvert brought soldiers to fight of the pirates. Leonard died a couple weeks later. Before he died he made Magarent able to handle his money.  Margarent used the money to put Leonard out of debt but there was threat of mutiny.</div>]]></description>
