LOVE all things Google. Gmail goes a long way in keeping me on top of my emails with the ability to pull up past emails that I may be looking for by using key words or email addresses. I utilize the email folders every day. Additionally, I frequently use Google Forms to gather information from parents and then have the option to place all that info into a spreadsheet.
