The Major conditions of the treaty were: U.S. were now independent, boundaries were the Mississippi river, Canada, and Spanish Florida, each side must repay there debts, British must return any enslaved prisoners, and the congress recommended Americans to return loyalists property. Now that the treaty has been signed, colonists didn't have to deal with any more taxes that were not approved by them, not only approved by the British. Also, colonists were now able to create new government and do what they want to do. Challenges after the treaty was signed, is now the Americas has lost a lot of men just about, 25,700 were killed and 8,200 were wounded. Also, the war costed the Americas just about $27 million in debt.

A Patriot told me that they were ready for anything that the British threw at them. They already new the land and had everything set up to their advantage. Since the Patriots were fighting at their home, they were bound to win, they new the land and they know were all the advantage points were in the Battlefield. "Through almost every possible suffering and discouragement for the space of eight long years, was little short of a standing miracle."

Loyalists Point of View

A loyalist explained why they left to go to Canada. He went for multiple reasons, one was because Americans failed to return his property after the treaty was signed. "I'm ashamed of the Americans....Even after their leader told them to return our land! I'm disappointed!" After the war, he ended up going to Canada to teach new ways of languages and now Canada has both French and English languages.
