Using the list of reasons that corresponds with your age group, identify the following:

This activity is your homework for the week and your task is to start a social media account for a platform that you have not used or are familiar with. I generally use Instagram to keep up with my friends' daily life via their stories and posts. In addition, I communicate with my Korean contacts via KakaoTalk, Korea's most popular messaging program.

2. I believe the list is fairly accurate because it corresponds to my social media usage tendencies. The majority of my time is spent communicating with friends and family, with occasional engagement in other activities such as getting up to speed on news and shopping, similar to what I do on social networking platforms.

3. Over time, I've come to prefer one social networking platform for a variety of reasons, including interacting with friends and family and getting up to date on trends and news. Using a single primary platform simplifies the management of many accounts and guarantees that all conversations are concentrated, reducing the likelihood of forgetting or losing track of previous exchanges.

4. When choosing and using a new social networking platform, popularity and ease of use are the most important factors for me. A platform's popularity demonstrates its ability to connect with users, while ease of use provides a smooth and confortable experience for users.

The social media platform I use for connecting and keeping in touch with my family and friends is WhatsApp. Besides that, I use Instagram to socialize with people, and stay up-to-date with the latest news stories or trending topics. In addition, I use YouTube for entertainment, such as streaming music and watching video contents created by content creators.
Personally, I think the list is quite accurate as people nowadays are so reliant and dependent on their phones. Social media has definitely made easier for people to communicate and interact. It actually reflect my true consumption habits with using social media, especially connecting with family and friends, since I communicate with them every day.
I tend to use or prefer WhatsApp over other social media platform because it is so much more convenient and easier for me to stay in touch and connect with my family and friends. WhatsApp is mainly for communication, whereas other social media platforms such as Instagram is more for socializing with other people where you can share photos and videos to the public.
The most important criteria for me when it comes to choosing and using a new social media platform is instant communication, so that it is easier and faster for me to stay in touch with my family and friends.

I usually use whatsapp to contact family and friends and also instagram just to keep up with world news and see what my friends are up to.
The majority of the list is true on how we use it to either contact loved ones or just wanting to pass time based on personal habits.
Usually i will open instagram and whatsapp the most because i have a group chat with a group of friends where we just talk and talk about laughable things and i guess update on what we are doing.
I think in choosing a platform the crieteria in choosing a platform is our privacy and security features so we don't have to worry about our information being used wrongly or being spread for other use without us knowing.

I use Instagram the most because it's the most universal. I also use Snapchat because of it privacy. I also use WhatsApp for international calls
The list is pretty accurate. It does reflect the true consumption habits with using social media
I tend to use the social media above more because of how common it is in people and how easily u can connect with each other.
I usually look at how different it's is from other social media platforms and tend to not move from social media to social media. I like just use one or two atmost social media at a time

1: I usually use bilibili as a social media platform to learn about a variety of things I'm interested in, as well as for self-presentation and communicating with people who share the same interests.

2: I think it's very accurate, it has a wide range of content, and it's also very in-depth. It's very quick to pick up on what I'm interested in at the moment and suggests what's hot in that area and who's blogging about it.

3: I like bilibili for a number of reasons, in the break with China's earliest traditional media system, chose to blogger-based operation, and the threshold is very low, more and more talented people appear on it, compared to tiktok, the content will be more refined, after all, at the beginning of the tiktok is more biased towards the daily life, highlighting the main in the boredom of the time, with short videos of the to pass the time.

4: When choosing media, I will be more inclined to the content I am interested in whether the platform has good enough content, for example, I love movies, games, anime, and bilibili can perfectly provide me with the content I need.

For me personally i choose WhatsApp as my main social media platform because i get to keep in touch with my friends and easily update them on a daily basis when needed.
I think it is accurate as teenagers including myself have the tendency to stick to their social media for a long period of time and update/post content online or message others until we couldn’t keep track of time.This includes the communicating, stalking, and etc of your loved ones, family ,friends and strangers.
The platform that i mostly use is Whats app as it is one of the main communication platforms to ever exist in the internet world as they are much easier, convenient ,and faster compared to other social media platforms.It is much easier to communicate and get more personal than in other social media platforms.Whereas, instagram is more on lifestyle and general social media to update and create your personal life.
safety is one of the main criteria when choosing a current and new social media platform so our personal details can be kept confidential .
