In which I was tasked with the resource making group. Our group's task was to make beginner level English worksheets to teach to the Mexican students. 
Strength - In this particular reflection I have mentioned the duration of the meeting, detail of the meeting, group members present during the meeting, the task assigned to our group and my contribution in it. 
weakness- I haven't properly mentioned what I learned in this reflection, any skills that I displayed or developed, no personal connect, and no learner profiles. I wrote about what topics were covered during the session. 
The bilateral learning experience was visible i.e. what I taught them and what I learned as well. 

Limitations:
I have only mentioned my feelings and thoughts briefly. 
There wasn't a deep analysis of what I need to improve, or where I have improved. 

To improve I will work on the limitations, adding a greater personal connect and where I will work on moving forward and how.

5. My project is working towards a product but I have not mentioned how or what made me think or work towards my product.

Strengths 
1. My personal views and through are explicitly shown.
2. I have been able to support my reflection with the resources I used.
( I think that I would like to use a different method to show my reflections instead of a written paragraph because I don't think I am able to properly cumulate all aspects. -I could have provided more details
-It is not very coherent, and does not have a good flow

Improvements:
- I could have tried to better structure the reflection, so that I could make sure I did not miss anything which should be included
- I should have written the reflection closer to the date of the activity, so it was easier to recollect

Lack of connection with the IB learner profiles and ATL skills that should've been added.
