To break the ice, we joined a range of activities that made it easy to relax and get to know each other. There was traditional music and dancing, along with some fun group games. We played things like musical chairs, and also took part in a creative drawing activity where everyone added their own part to a shared piece. It was simple but really fun, and it got everyone laughing and talking.

We had a short 15-minute break afterwards to grab a snack and recharge. Throughout the day there were also smaller breaks like this, which gave us time to rest and chat with other students.

After presenting our work, we visited the Panorama of the Battle of Racławice museum. Standing in front of such a massive and detailed painting was quite impressive, and it really helped bring the historical event to life in a way because of the visual effects. It was very interesting and realistic.

We finished the day by going to Wroclavia, a large shopping centre, where we spent some time together before heading out for dinner as a group. Overall, it was a full and rewarding day, and a really great start to our time in Wrocław.

Later on we visited the guest room inside the castle, the bedrooms, the toilet which was just a small vase which they used as a toilet, and lastly the dining hall. After that we also went out to explore the royal gardens that were full of flowers and colours. Afterwards we had some free time before we left so went and had some cake in the castle’s cafe and then we took the bus and returned to Wroclaw.
