Teachers need to be open to being tutored by other teachers on their team to keep their approaches fresh and open to change so they can meet the needs of their diverse learners. As a new teacher, we need to be open to be influenced and to influence others around us. Determine where our expertise is and where we might like to expand our own learning. From there, it is easier to exchange information between you and your co teachers

Students are your biggest asset! You can use the students in your classroom in different roles like Tutors, Mentors, Study Partners, Resident experts, and Managers to make the classroom more challenging and interesting for them. Even more, invite your students to come up to the board and teach the class themselves or invite learners up to present material they dont know so well as a way to help them learn the material. The class can help them walk through the step by step process. (this is, if they are comfortable with being in front of everyone).
