Also try to signpost (introduce) what each criteria is about e.g paraphrasing it or including a quote to set the scene. Impressive extensive references though superb effort you have went above and beyond here. You may want to consider less if this level of work is not sustainable for future assessments.

Please avoid bullet points in future work. An explanation should use full sentences, should use reasoning and detail. 

The command verb sheet you were given in the induction should help you understand command verbs in your criteria like explain, identify etc. 
Also think about spacing. 

When discussing the key roles, try to explain each of the 5 roles we discussed in class, how and why are they important, what do they involve? responsibilities? etc

(very minimum 3-4) per task or unit.  You also need to include a reference list at the end.

Remember points of refferal  are who you would refer learners to e.g counsellors, safeguarding and study support. 
Tray use examples when explaining how role involves working with others. Great use of QR code to demonstrate homework.

Also remember if you refer externally this can be done in some cases eg by our safeguarding team if this safeguards the learner and protects them from harm.
