In scene one, there is contrast shown because in the beginning of the scene there is conflict between the Montague's and the Capulets, but in the end Romeo and Benvolio (both from Montague) are talking about Romeo's love. This is the opposite of how it began because Romeo and Benvolio are cousins/friends.

In scene 5, first Tybalt is talking about how he wants to kick Romeo out. Then though, it switches to Romeo and Juliet meeting and falling in love. This shows how Romeo and Juliet are going against their family feuds and also for shadows that Tybalt is probably going to want to take revenge against Romeo once he learns that Juliet has fallen in love with him.
