LTA „ROMEO CONSTANTINESCU” VĂLENII DE MUNTE, ROMÂNIA                                                                    Sincerity and truth are vital in human relationships and in the relationship with God, because sincerity is the light of our deeds, it is the foundation of the spiritual life, because truth is that which unites us humans and makes us unique, it is a light that shines over the ages, it is a divine ray of sunshine, it is the eye of reason, without truth man is blind,  because as Ion Ghica said: "only the truth is eternal and unalterable", because the truth and sincerity are: love, light, life, beauty, modesty, simplicity, humility, purity, mercy, kindness, honor, honesty, authenticity, discernment wisdom, trust, loyalty, courage, pure knowledge, freedom, peace, grace, joy, happiness, friendship, humanity, because the revealed Truth is savior and is revealed in the person of Jesus Christ and in the teachings of His Gospel:  "I am the way, the truth, and the life'' (John, 14, 6). " For this I was born and came into the world, to testify of the Truth. Sincerity means, thoughts and deeds that represent you in full, through sincerity man and truth meet. Being honest means first of all being who you really are, not who you think you are or those around you think you are or think you would be. A sincere man is a man who does not want to appear better than he is in the eyes of those around him, who discovers himself with good and bad, who realizes that he is not perfect, that besides qualities he also has many flaws, who allows himself to be read like an open book and with clean pages and dirty pages and with beautiful stories and with less beautiful and pleasant stories. A sincere man admits when he is wrong, does not blame anyone for them and assumes them and does not want to find scapegoats for them. To a sincere man you easily forgive all mistakes. The sincerity of a man disarms you, the sincerity of a man makes you love him, the sincerity of a man makes you believe in true friendship. Kindness is a type of behavior marked by acts of generosity, consideration or concern for others, without waiting for praise or rewards. Kindness is one of the main topics in the Bible. In Book II of "Rhetoric," Aristotle defines kindness as "helping someone in need, not in exchange for something, nor for the advantage of help himself, but for that of the person being helped." Nietzsche considered kindness and love to be "the most curative herbs and agents of human relationships." Kindness is considered to be one of the Knight's Virtues.

       There are not many things in the world that are eternal. After all, gold, jewelry, fine clothes, expensive cars and houses - all values are false, temporary. Over time, they depreciate, torn, corrupt, it is no longer fashionable. But you can name three things in the midst of eternal values, true. It is faith, love and friendship. "It - this is the greatest treasure", "a true friend is known in trouble" - how often we hear these words, but rarely think about their real value.

In today's time it is very difficult to find a real friend. Yes, each of us has a lot of friends that we call butterflies one-day. They are ready to go with you to the cinema or a café, to help spend money in fashionable boutiques, laugh at a joke. But these friends will not support you in difficult times. Why do they need one. who needs help, who need comfort, isting time? They would rather go to other friends, lucky to the movies. But a true friend will not leave you to the will of fate. Whatever happens, no matter what the problem is not knocked on your door, one will always be there, always be ready to help, support, comfort. He is willing to donate their time, money and even life to you. This is true friendship. which is an eternal and expensive thing in life. And so it is a very valuable thing, we must cherish and treasure it.

  • Educate yourself and others about what cyberbullying is and how to recognise it.
  • Keep communication open with your children. Discuss cyberbullying and its effects, and let them know that they can come to you with any problems or concerns.
  • Monitor your child’s online activity. Know what websites they are visiting and with whom they are communicating online.
  • If someone is cyberbullying you, don’t respond to them. It can make the situation worse. Instead, save or take screenshots of the bullying messages and report them to a trusted adult.
  • Be thoughtful about what you post online, and don’t say anything that can hurt or embarrass someone else.
  • Encourage your child to be assertive, not aggressive. Teach them how to stand up for themselves without bullying or name-calling.
  • Help your child to build strong relationships offline. A child who feels connected to others and has a strong support network is less likely to be targeted by cyberbullies.
  • Teach your child how to be a good digital citizen. Show them how to use technology responsibly and respectfully, and encourage them to act as an upstander, not a bystander, when they see cyberbullying happening.
  • Don’t participate in cyberbullying, even if you’re just joking around with friends.
  • Report the bullying to the website or service where it’s happening.
