Sometimes children have to learn it the hard way, they have to go out an explore and observe for their own and learn from that, and we as teachers want them to get the best learning experience they can, and allowing them to play around with different materials and being in a different environment itself will help them. It is everywhere around us, looking at lighting in nature, where we enjoy the first ray of sunrise, the midday sun beating down, bonfires or campfires in front of us with its many different colours and even to fireflies, light works in very different unique ways. Moving on to artificial light where we are exposed for the majority of the day when we use our phones and laptop. Hence it will be important for children to properly learn and explore why some lights seem different then the others and to play around with light (MK Productions 2018)

First off it was not easy to shape and wanting the clay to look like what I had in mind, I had to put in a lot of effort and time. This is definitely a very important way of bringing play for children and they get to improve on a lot of skills and use their brain to think, plan and act. The branches had different patters and shapes and we use to play with whatever was there. My friends and I we loved to play cooking, so we use to add water into the tree branch which seemed perfect as a bowl or a pot, and we use to add the sand and stones and use sticks to mix the ingredients and I recall it being so fun and engaging although now it may seem ridiculous. Not only is paper used to create any different art with different colours but they also carry information. It is also one of the easiest way to create art and a cheap way as well. I then added an image made by an organization where they cut out bits of words from different papers and try and make proper sentences out of them, this activity creates a new way of thinking, I would definitely love to carry out this activity with children and see how their brain works in joining the words together. I have added my stop motion video to show another way in which paper could be used.
