When I started Square One i had the idea of people being able to eat healthier with less of the work.

So Square One has made the food to support the diets GAPS and SCD. Square One mostly makes yogurt, in these 3 flavors: plain, vanilla and lemon. All of them are 100% gluten free, organic and no sweeteners making them healthier and since they sit in an oven for 24 all of the lactose burns of and can be easily digested.
