In surah Al-Ankabut, verse 45, it mentioned about The Importance of Prayer. Prayer is our obligatory as Muslims that we must obey, because it is one of the pillars of Islam. Prayer 5 times a day, does really help us in many ways, that we do not even realized it. Prayer is one of the ibadah that many people always took it for granted. Some people might not pray 5 times a day, and think it as it is something that is not obligatory as a Muslim. Prayer also can prevent us from doing something that prohibited in Islam. If we take good care of our prayers, we will feel guilty when we do any sins. By prayer too, it could help us to always remember Allah SWT, and will give us a peace of mind. This is because prayer is one of the way on how we can communicate closely with Allah SWT. Even though we are not a good people, we still need to pray 5 times a day. This is because even if we make a lot of sins, Allah will still accept our prayer, because Allah is the Merciful.

Secondly, from surah Al-Baqarah, verse 183, it mentioned about Fasting. Sawm, is fasting during the holy month of Ramadan, also known as the fourth pillar of Islam. Ordained in the Holy Qur'an, the fast is an act of deep personal worship in which Muslims seek a richer perception of Allah SWT. During Ramadan, Muslims observe a strict fast from dawn until sunset. They are not allowed to eat or drink during daylight hours. Fasting is a private act of worship bringing about nearness to Allah, as well as a form of spiritual discipline and a means to empathize with those less fortunate. Fasting is an obligation to all Muslims, except for those who are sick, pregnant, the insane and other. Fasting also could reduce man's dependence on material things and strengthen his spiritual resolve, so that he may enter the higher realms of faith and piety. Indirectly, it can make a Muslims to always be grateful to Allah SWT.

Next is, from surah At-Taubah, verse 103, it mentioned about Zakah. From my research, Zakah is a religious duty for all Muslims who meet the necessary criteria of wealth to help the needy. It is a mandatory charitable contribution, often considered to be a tax. The payment and disputes on zakat have played a major role in the history of Islam, notably during the Ridda wars. When we have certain amount of money or wealth, we need to always remember that not everything is own by us. This is because, in one's wealth, there is a share of others, such as the poor and needy (70:24). By paying zakah, we could cleanse ourself from something that is not good for ourself. It could also give us a peace of mind. We need to be humble, and cannot be greedy.

Lastly, is from surah Al-Baqarah, verse 197, it mentioned about Hajj. Why it is importance for us to perform Hajj or Umrah? Hajj is an annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, the holiest city for Muslims. Hajj is a mandatory religious duty for Muslims that must be carried out at least once in their lifetime by all adult Muslims who are physically and financially capable of undertaking the journey, and of supporting their family during their absence from home. Muslims did not perform Hajj or Umrah just to get the title or any reasons, but it is because of the Taqwa towards Allah SWT. Hajj is such an investment for a Muslim, because when we perform Hajj, we must worship properly without thinking about other things that could disturb our mind at that moment.

Prayer is one of the Jihad in the way of Allah SWT. The historical story about prayer is when Prophet Muhammad descends back to Earth he meets Moses and is told to go back to Allah asking for a reduction in the number of daily prayers. He then goes back and forth between Moses and Allah nine (9) times, until the required number of daily prayers is reduced to five (5). When we pray 5 times a day, the rewards is still the same as we pray 50 times a day. This shows that Allah is Merciful towards all of His servants. Even so, there are still a lot of people who did not perform prayer properly, and took it for granted.

Prayer is the identity of a Muslim. The first thing that will be asked in the Hereafter, is about prayer, followed by paying zakah and others. If we take a good care of our prayer, it can slowly get rid of our old sins, that we had commit before. Prayer also can prevent us from doing bad things, such as zina and others. We can also seek for solution for our problems with prayer. This is because, we can seek and asked help from Allah when we pray.

Importance of Hajj

While Hajj is by no means as simple as the other four (4) Pillars of Islam, it's perhaps the most important and most sacred. This pilgrimage is compulsory for each Muslim to complete at least once in their life and can help you better understand Islam and deepen your faith and connection to Allah SWT. There are a lot of importance of Hajj. The first one is, we Muslims, are all equal as human. In Quran, Prophet Muhammad SAW already mentioned, for us to treat all human equally, does not matter their poverty, whether they come from poor or rich society. Hajj is an ibadah for all Muslims. We cannot done it for fun. We must do it with the right way and full of sincere in our heart, so that we will feel calm.

The second one is, Allah is Forgiveness. When we did something bad to people, we must to ask for apologize from that person first, then comes Allah. Hajj is an obligation for Muslims that is capable to afford the costs, and are sane. When we performed Hajj in the righteous way, our sins will be forgiven by Allah SWT, and we will become as pure as a newborn baby. That shows how Merciful is Allah. SubhanAllah.

Third, with hardship, it will come ease. We must never give up with all the hardships given by Allah, because it is guaranteed that Allah with give something back in return, in every unexpected ways. For example, from Siti Hajar story, she struggle to give her son, Ismail, a water. But she never give up, and lose hope from Allah. Hajj is a reminder, as where we go on trial, things will always get better and better. Allah gives hardship on His servants, is because He loves us. He want to test on how we could handle the hardship, and to test how strong is our relationship with Allah. Allah SWT loves someone who always seeks for help on Him. Indeed, with hardship will come ease.

The fourth is, we are stronger than Satan. We must become stronger than the Satan itself. Allah has told us that Satan's job is indeed to mislead us Muslims, so we need to be stronger than that. In Hajj, The Jamarat Hajj is seen as a way to purify oneself of sin and ask for Allah's forgiveness. By throwing stones at the pillars, pilgrims seek to emulate the Prophet Ibrahim's faith and devotion and thus demonstrate their own faith and commitment to Allah. It also to shows our anger to Satan.

Allah will always test us, but He is always with us. He will test us either physically or emotionally, but indeed the reward will always be bigger, only if we could handle the test well and patiently. He will sent test depends on our capability. So, we must to perform Hajj in the right way.
