Today, I am writing this letter for you, because I have had some problems in your restaurant. The food in your restaurant is bad and the rest of customers are also problematic.

The food is the worst that I have eaten in my life, because its was cold and the chef did not finish to cooking the food completely. Therefore, I could not eat with taste and my family had stomachache. Also, I asked for my money back and the auxiliary did not give my money.

Another complaint Is about that customers are noisy and they do not respect the rules. All the time the children’s customers made a lot of noisy and they did not control them. The waiters and waitresses did not make nothing.

Mr. Maldonado. I would like to give me my money back, and you should improve the service in your restaurant.
