Less intimidating. 
Can encourage her more and more to step out of her comfort zone each time, with the end goal of her coming up to present. 
Reinforce the idea that the classroom is a safe learning space, it’s okay to make mistakes. 
Instead of always getting students to verbalise answers, get students to answer using the mini whiteboard instead. 
As long  as students have an answer, get them to raise their hand. Don’t necessarily need to share. This will get all students thinking.
