         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Punishments for missing class should be left to the discretion of the teacher.<br>2)  Cheating; cannot be stopped using a school-wide rule. Leave it up to the teachers.<br>3) Bullying; the school fighting cyber-bullying is overstepping its bounds as it is often done off campus. If anything is to be done it must be done by law-enforcement. Physical bullying (i.e. fights, assaults etc.) Should also be dealt with by law-enforcement.<br>4) School issues;  I don't believe that these issues are rampant enough to warrant anything special be done to correct them.</div>]]></description>
