The team consists of a Volunteer Co-ordinator, Cheryl Crowell and 10 volunteers. The support we offer is on a one to one basis which aims to support families within your home.

Support can include a range of practical skills to help families at home with:
- ensuring families can access their benefit entitlement
- budgeting and money saving choices
- connecting you to the right services 
- form filling
- increasing confidence, independence and social networks
- signposting to training and employability
- creating routines in your family home
- helping plan and cook healthy family meals

We will guide a discussion to complete a Family Star Form and explore the following topics: 
- Physical health 
- Emotional wellbeing 
- Keeping children safe
- Social networks 
- Boundaries & behaviour
- Family routine
- Home and money 

This will help us to understand your family better and think about how we can best support you all. We will develop some actions and tasks between ourselves to look at positive ways to move forward.
