but it was bearable until the massacre
guns, machetes and clubs
blood ran like water
cries everywhere
months of hardship
the greatest massacre in Rwanda and maybe the world 
so many killed so many bodies
so many orphans without family or money 
even when it was over
life wasnt rosy 
many wishing for death to reunite them with loved ones 
they had nothing left 
they feared facing their scary lives alone
