Food ) Gelato means 'ice' in Italian, and it is a traditional Italian ice cream. Featuring its soft texture and concentrated flavor, it is made using less air and cream than regular ice cream. Gelato is made with milk, sugar, and other flavorful ingredients (fruit, chocolate, nuts, etc.). It is soft and rich in flavor because it is made by slowly mixing at low temperatures. Gelato is usually sold as fresh, making it more unique and fresh in flavor compared to other ice creams.

Osobuco (Ossobuco)
Osobuko is a traditional dish from the Milan region of Italy that is made by slowly boiling the bone-bearing legs of a cow. Here, Osobuko means "bone hole" in Italian, a reference to the flavor that comes from meat and bone soup being assembled together during the cooking process.
This dish is usually cooked slowly with tomatoes and vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, etc.) and wine. Simmering at low temperatures for a long time allows for the flavor and rich broth of the meat, and the resulting sauce has a deep flavor. A typical method of making osobuko includes serving it with risotto ala milaneze, or saffron risotto.

Tourist attraction )

Festival ) 'La Tomatina' in Spain is a large-scale tomato festival held on the last Wednesday of August every year in Valencia, Spain. The festival is said to have originated in 1944 when Spanish people threw tomatoes at the city council as a sign of protest against the collapse in tomato prices due to crop failures. During the festival, many people from all over the world gather and throw ripe tomatoes at each other. In addition, you can enjoy traditional Spanish food such as paella, which is a rice dish, Aros Negre made with rice and squid, and fideua with noodles on white fish.

Food: Churrasco is a traditional Brazilian skewer dish that originated from the dishes used to be cooked by Brazilian nomads, and is usually eaten by inserting various parts of cattle into sticks and grilling them over charcoal.

Tradition: A poncho is a traditional garment from the Andes region of South America. It originated from the cloak-like clothing worn by indigenous peoples throughout Central and South America. Originally, the term referred to a piece of coarse woolen fabric, either rectangular or diamond-shaped, woven with bold, colorful stripes. Over time, it came to refer to the garment itself.

Etiquette: If you go to Brazil, don't show me OK with your hands,

Instead, use the "rubbing your thumb and index finger" gesture, which means money or expensive!

carrying a wallet or cell phone in your hand is also very dangerous.

If you are in a situation where you can't pitch, hold it close to your body so that you can't expose it as much as possible, or hold it (run) from behind.

Be careful not to make a thumping sound, don't leave your napkin on the chair when you're away for a while, don't cut up all the meat before eating (ok for kids), use the smallest if there are a lot of dishes in a high-end restaurant, etc

When men see each other, they shake hands, hug each other, or pat each other on the back. That's how they express "goodbye." Women kiss each other face to face. The same is true when men greet women. Brazilian people shake hands one by one when there are many people. They also often ask how their family members or spouses are doing when greeting each other, but they should not be offended if it is a question about their personal lives. Because Brazilians value their family, they have a habit of asking after their family members.

Festival: The Rio Carnival is the world’s largest and most famous carnival, held every year in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It takes place before Lent, usually in February or March, and lasts for about five days. The festival is known for its vibrant parades, elaborate costumes, samba music, and dancing.

20804김민경, 20812박시은, 20817이송아, 20824최윤아
