Although all the concepts will help make Bob's life easier, the Time Savings ideas will help to make his life easier. He has a career (suggesting more than 40 hours of work a week) and a family. Both of these cannot be sacrificed and require a significant amount of attention. Therefore, if he is going to undertake another major commitment, it has to be flexible on his time schedule. I like the idea of fast paced learning online with non mandatory classes (or classes which have been recorded). This will allow Bob to focus on school at a time which is convenient to him. The majority of his work could be done from home, and USFSP could provide a "road map" with an academic counselor to ensure he is on path to reach his goal. Additionally, if something will require some planning or thought, Bob can reach out to this contact to help make his academic experience more customized.
