Absent:-

1.       Distributing the workload for the purchasing of materials

-          Jackson suggested that everyone is to buy the materials or food according to the games they are in charge of as discussed in the last meeting

-          Surbhi said that Arienah and her could purchase all the food ingredients for the brownies as well as the rice, cooking oil and milo packets

-          Ser suggested that Jackson and him would be able to purchase the rice, cooking oil and milo packets as it would be too heavy for the girls to carry

-          Lim was put in charge of purchasing the basket for the hamper 

-          Sahana and Syarifah who are both in charge of the drawing game are purchasing crayons and drawing blocks

2.       Appointing a group leader

-          Surbhi brought up the discussion on appointing a group leader and asked for a volunteer

-          Jackson nominated Sahana and Ser seconds his nomination.

-          Everyone agrees that Sahana is to be appointed group leader.

3.       Finalizing the games and rewards for the competition

-          The group agrees that we are playing 4 games which are the laughing game, egg drop game, drawing competition and the brownie decorating activity

-          Sahana enquired when Surbhi and Arienah would be baking the brownies

-          Surbhi said that she would prepare the brownies a day before and the decorating activity would take around half an hour

-          Ser and Lim are in charge of making 2 hampers as rewards for the competition
