         <description><![CDATA[<div>Systematically addressing support for all students, including gifted and high achievers.<br><br>This particularly hit home as someone who was classified as “gifted” in elementary school. While these students have capabilities that sometimes surpass their grade level, it does not mean they are more equipped to be learners. Remembering that they still require support as students and learners will help them to take advantage of their own “gifts”.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
