When Matilda reached back home, His dad scolded him and forced her to watch some TV. Matilda then use her somewhat superpowers to break the TV. Matilda practiced her superpowers and then used it to scare her principal, Miss Trunchbull. She then scared her principal at school the next day. Her principal ran of to some place and Miss Honey got her house back. Her parents wanted Matilda to come home but Matilda wanted to stay at Miss Honey's house and Matilda's parents signed an adoption form to allow Miss Honey to adopt Matilda. The novel begins with Mole, a peace-loving little animal, doing some spring cleaning. He soon meets another of the people who live by the river, Ratty, who enjoys nothing more than "messing about in boats." After a number of pleasant afternoons having picnics and spending time on the river, Mole and Ratty decide to visit one of Ratty's friends, Toad who—when they arrive—explains to them his latest obsession: a horse and cart. They go for a ride with Toad, but whilst on the road, they are tipped over by a speeding motorcar (which completely breaks Toad's little cart).

Far from being upset by the loss of his favorite toy, Toad's first thought is that he, too, wants one of those incredible automobiles. This obsession leads him to trouble, however. Much to Mole, Ratty and their old and wise friend Badger's sadness, Toad is soon arrested and sent to prison for stealing a motor car. However, one of the guard's daughters soon feels sorry for the poor Toad (who certainly wasn't made for prison life) and gives him some old washerwoman’s clothes and helps him to escape.

Toad returns to the river and is welcomed by his friends, who tell him that his home, Toad Hall—once his pride and joy—has been overtaken by the cruel woodlanders: the stoats and the weasels. Some hope does seem to be in sight: Badger tells Toad that there is a secret tunnel leading back into the very heart of Toad Hall and the four friends follow it, leading them right into the lair of their enemies.

An enormous battle ensues and Badger, Mole, Ratty and Toad manage to rid the hall of stoats and weasels, placing Toad back where he belongs. The rest of the book suggests that the four friends will continue in their easygoing lifestyle, occasionally taking trips on the river and eating picnics. Toad manages to curb his obsessive behavior, somewhat, but cannot completely cure himself.
SO what is the rating i would say 1/1

The story that I read is Jack And The Bloody Beanstalk .The author is Wiley Blevins and it is illustrated by Steve Cox.
The story is about a little brave boy live with her mother and they were poor. One day Jack's mother said that winter was approaching so asked Jack to sell their last cow to get some money to buy food for the winter. Along the way, Jack meet an old man and he asked Jack where he was going. The old man has an idea he asked Jack to give his cow and the old man will trade Jack for some magic beans. Jack took the beans to mother, when she looked at the magic beans and shouted. Mother tossed the magic beans outside angrily. On the next day Jack climbed the beanstalk and he saw a ghost who live in there. The ghost saw Jack and said you will fine great riches here. Jack found lots of money meanwhile a Giant saw Jack took some money, Jack was shocked and climbed out of the beanstalk quickly. Jack gave the great riches to his mother and she was proud. Mother asked Jack to take more riches and mother gave Jack a shield to protect himself. The next day Jack climbed to the beanstalk but the Giant caught Jack. Jack screamed and use his shield to punch the giant nose.The giant nose bleeds as Jack quickly get out of the beanstalk and get in the hut.The Giant nose bleed and bleed until the Giant hit Jack's house. The Giant, Jack and his mother died after that.

I have a few book reviews that I would like to share. But today, I will share one book review which I have been longing to tell. The book that I would like to share with you today is Percy Jackson and Olympians. There are five books in this series and I will share all of them with you today.

•The first book[The lightning thief]
In this book, there is a boy named Percy who is 11 years old when he finds out that he is a demigod. His mother tries to save him from but was captured by the Minotaur.When he reach CHB, camp-half blood, Percy is directed to Cabin 11 where he meets Luke the head of Cabin 11. In a game of capture the flag Percy is claimed by his father Lord Poseidon , one of the big-three. Percy is meant to be very wild and prone to monsters. Now Percy must go on a quest to retrieve the Master Bolt of the king of gods, Lord Zeus. Will he be able to make it? Are there going to be any betrayers?

•The second book[The sea of monsters]
In this book, Percy turns 12. He becomes friends with boy named Tyson in his school. Later he finds out that Tyson is actually his brother! At the same time, there was trouble in CHB. Thalia a daughter of Zeus who had been turned into a tree when she was dying was poisoned. Zeus was very angry and blamed Chiron, the activity director at CHB, who was actually innocent. Tantalus who becomes the next activity director just wants food. Annabeth, Percy's 'friend', tells him and Tyson about the Golden Fleece and how it could save CHB. In the end, when the fleece was found and kept on Thalia's tree, it brought her back to life. Tyson goes back to Atlantis, under the sea to learn how to work at the forges of the cyclops.But what happened during the journey? Were more dangers encountered?
•The Third book[The Titan's curse]
In this book, Grover, a satyr, finds two half-bloods and calls Percy, Annabeth and Thalia to help get them safely to CHB. They faced a manticore which took Annabeth away. A boy who was once in CHB tricked her into holding the heavens. On their journey to rescue Annabeth, they meet the hunters of Artemis. When the campers and hunters prevailed and got Annabeth to safety. However, Artemis was captured and a giant battle came. In the end, they managed to win but more lay ahead of Percy's fate. How was the journey like? Who did they encounter?
•The fourth book[The battle of the labyrinth]
In this book, Quintus a skilled swordsman comes to CHB. He was actually Daedalus, the creator of the labyrinth. He had killed his cousin, Perdix and got a warning from his mother, Athena. He revealed his secret to Percy, Annabeth and Grover later in the book. Then, the Titins try to capture him to get Ariadne's string to lead themselves out of the labyrinth. He was killed later on but passed on his notes and a special gold laptop to Annabeth knowing that she wanted to become an architect. There was only one more year left till Percy's birthday came and the great prophecy would be revealed. How was the labyrinth like?
•The fifth and final book[The last Olympian]
All year the half-bloods have been preparing for battle against the Titans, knowing that the odds of victory are grim. Kronos's army is stronger than ever and with every god and half-blood he recruits, the evil Titan's power only grows. While the Olympians struggle to contain the rampaging monster Typhon, Kronos begins his advance on New York City, where Mount Olympus stands virtually unguarded. Now it is up to Percy and 39 other demigods to stop the Lord of Time. In this momentous final book in the series, the long awaited prophecy surrounding Percy's sixteenth birthday unfolds. Okay. I'll admit it this is long but worth it. I would rate this book 10/10 and highly recommend you to read it. Hope you liked my book reviews!

The four then find a doorway connecting the preset-day Spooksville to the town during the prehistoric period. They then find out who built it, why and how they can save Spooksville before everything is destroyed.

Title of story: Don't Hurt Me-ow

The main problem: The number of abandoned pets at Helping Paws Animal Shelter is increasing! With more critters to look after, the operating cost of the shelter is shooting up and the owner, Irwin is unable to handle. Can Julian, Mia, Emilia and Joni find a way to help Irwin?

The 2nd problem:Irwin is on bail because he confronted a rich hunter for abusing a kitten which was adopted by his secretary, Miss Zita, originally for her brother. Irwin loves animals so he wants to stand up for that kitten but when he is there, he saw the hunters' house and it was full of endangered animals' skin and other parts. That angered him and wanted to hurt him. The hunter ran but slipped on a banana peel and blamed it on Irwin.

Solutions: They solved the problems when Julian opened the animal shelter for entry, started on animal sessions and finding people to adopt the pets. They solved the 2nd problem when Ms Zita decided to tell the truth to the police so that Irwin is out of bail and the rich hunter is in jail for hunting and abusing animals/endangered animal.

He even hurt Joni, Mia and Emilia when he was trying to run away but didn’t say sorry. Corey wants him to say sorry to them but he refuses. Then he and Charles follow him and finds out his secret. Will they help him understand kindness? Will Colin find out that his mother is blind and have change of heart or will his ignorant behaviour continue?🙁😭😢
*Solution!:
By working together Corey and Charles helped Colin understand the importance of kindness. Also, Colin found out that his mother is blind when she requested him to help her put up a photo of him and her together and realised that she still loves him. Thus, Colin had a change of heart and turned over a new leaf. Corey and Charles’s Mission was complete. Colin said sorry to Joni, Mia and Emilia, Corey and Charles made him understand kindness and he found out the reason on why his mother left him in the orphanage and his ignorant behaviour has ended. Everything turned out to be a ‘Happy Ending’!😊😄😍

1st big problem: Darrell attend in the school lacrosse team but she was just a first reserved. One day before the lacrosse competition Sally was feeling unwell so Darrell the first reserve had a chance to play the game. Unfortunately in the night just before the completion Darrel then found out that the school she was going to play with was her old school St Hilda. She was astonished to found out as she had a secret in her old school that she don't want others to find out ,she transfer to Malory Tower because she wanted to have a fresh start . She then decided to act sick so she won't need to attempt the competition. Luckily, Miss Grayling encourage Darrell that she need to face her fear and overcome it . Finally, Darrell changed her mind and attempt the competition. During the competition Miss Gale the judge help St Hilda to cheat but Darrell led the team to a win. Miss Gale was very disappointed with the lacrosse team leader, Penelope, so she blamed her that it was all her fault to let St Hilda lost. Darrell could not bear with it anymore and protested to Miss Gale. Miss Gale was furious so she jab her finger to Darrell's face. Darrell could not controlled her temper and reached out to swipe her hand away. Miss Gale then said out the secret that Darrell want to hide, she said that Darrell actually pushed her down the stairs in St Hilda.

2nd Big Problem: Sally actually had a little sister but one day Darrell took a photo of her sister to her . Sally was furious , she refused to tell Darell that it was actually her sister. Darell was shocked and was angry that why sandy did that, she could not controlled and temper and pushed Sally . Sally's stomach was then crashed very hard to the piano stool. She moaned agony. But she told Darrell to left her alone. After break, Darrell noticed Sally was in the changing room crouched on the floor, doubled with pain. Darrell quickly bring her to the san but after some hour Sally's stomach still hurt a lot so Magaret decided to called the doctor but unfortunately he only can arrived in the next morning. But Sally could not hold to th next morning. Suddenly, Darrell remember her father as he is a doctor. She called to the hotel where her father was but the receptionist said that her father had gone out. In desperate attempt, Darrell decided to sneak out of school to find his father. On the way , His father saw her and fetch her back to the Malory Tower. When her father, Mr River reached Malory Towel, he quickly do an operation for Sally. Thankfully, sally was fine.

Loretta Reynold is a girl who doesn't care about her looks and boys. She mostly focuses on planning the future and her studies. She can talk to people only if it's about topics she studies about.

Through a "incident" Loretta and ZiZi became best friends. Although they were like two sides of a planet (light and dark) they were able to get along but of course had things about each other that they disagreed. During summer, Loretta claims that ZiZi will be lost without her make-up and girly clothes. And ZiZi defends herself saying that Loretta will never change. And with this fight they made a life-changing bet.

Rating: 8/10
I haven't read the whole story yet but it really did hook me the moment I started reading it. I would recommend it but mostly for people who are slightly older as this book is kinda under-aged for me.

This is a best selling novel and the author is a winner of the National Book Award. The book is about a boy named Alfred Griffith. He has rotten sets of teeth. It is because Alfred's last visit to the dentist was when he was 6 years old. During his last visit, he had a toothache that causes the dentist to extract out the tooth. Alfred still recall the pain of extracting the tooth. The dentist realise that they had extracted the wrong tooth. That is the reason why Alfred vow that he would never go to visit a dentist ever again. Mr Grey, the headmaster of the school, told the students about the new dentist by the name of Ms Root. Ms Root, whom people didn't know that she is a witch in disguise. She likes to eat eerie things such as bones, cat sick, wart shavings, bat snot, old man's earwax, pus from a septic boil, verrucas, spider's legs, snake poop, belly button fluff, cockroach eggs, nostril hair, slug juice, rabbit's droppings, foot cheese, frog phlegm, dried scab and coffee. The witch's plan was to take every child's rotten tooth. One day, Alfred got a visit from the school dentist at 2pm. He tried to escape from the dentist but it failed. The dentist actually extracted all his teeth that causes Alfred to be furious. He went to the news agent named Raj to borrow dentures which belongs to Raj's mother. Alfred was taken care under a social worker named Winnie. She has a problem of pronouncing the syllabus "th". Alfred's father had been working in the coal mine for 20 years. As he kept working, he had been inhaling lots of dust from the coal mine which causes him facing difficulty in breathing. This causes him to be hospitalised and the doctor advised not to go to the coal mine again. This is the reason why the social worker had to take care of Alfred. Alfred's father insist of working at the coal mine in order to safe Alfred. Ms Root was also going to eat Alfred and his friend named, Gabriella. Most people thought that Gabriella is Alfred's girlfriend but in actual fact they are just good friends. In the end, Ms Root was killed in a coal mine while she struggle to escape from the cauldron.

What I like about this book is that there are lots of made up words such as bristless. The story is hilarious. There is one part where they wanted to enter the coal mine in order to save Gabriella. There is a hole in a fence wire. Winnie crawled through the hole first. She got stuck in a hole which causes Alfred to push Winnie from the bottom. She went through the hole except for the multi-colour jacket and her pants. She was only in her bra and her knickers. After Alfred went through the hole, he help Winnie to untangled the clothes. To respect her modesty, Alfred look away while she dressed.

This is a collection of stories about ghosts from the united kingdom( I don't know if it is real or just fiction). There are many ghost stories in this book. My favourite story is "Bloody Mary". This story is about three best friends that took turns to call "Bloody Mary" from the mirror as they heard a rumour that if they light three candles in front of the toilet mirror at midnight. After that say "Bloody Mary" three times "Bloody Mary" will appear and will kill that person and go back into the mirror. Audrey died from a heart attack while Kelly fell from the 2nd floor. What will she do(sorry I don't know her name)and will she find out how did her friends died suddenly?

One of the problems faced is when Harry Potter had to complete one of the tasks in Triwizard Tournament. Harry Potter fought with all his might and finally overcame it. With the help of Hermione and Ron, they killed the death eaters. I would rate this book five stars.

How the main characters met :A little girl named Sophie was an orphan and lived in an orphanage. One night, she couldn’t sleep and decided to look outside her window in her room. The streets were pale and ghostly and milky white. While her eyes travelled further down the streets, she fast something coming up the street on the opposite side. It was something black,something very tall and very black and very thin. Sophie didn’t knew who it was until she met him, the big friendly giant, also known as the BFG. The bfg is one of my favourite characters because of the way he speaks and even if he may be a giant, he is very kind and friendly just like what his name states. So that’s how they met.
The problem: the giants are eating the humans and the population is getting smaller and smaller each night.
Solution: The bfg and Sophie decides to do something about it, so they convinced queen Elizabeth that there are sucky things as giants that eat humans and then the queen decided to help them with their plan. The queen hired many army soldiers to capture the giants and bury them underground. And so that’s is exactly what they did and Ptah world wide problem was solved thanks to Sophie and the bfg. I would rate this a five stars it’s very interesting and I would suggest everyone to read it :D

The book is very interesting and very funny while reading the book it was like an adventure! One time from the book, I remember the flying Ford Anglia was a light blue Ford Anglia 105E Deluxe that was enchanted by Arthur Weasley to fly as well as to become invisible, with the use of a specially installed device called an Invisibility Booster. It was also modified so that it could fit eight people, six trunks, two owls, and a rat comfortably. These threats are found after attacks that leave residents of the school petrified. Throughout the year, Harry and his friends Ron and Hermione investigate the attacks. The story gets more interesting as you read it!
