Ice-cream has a wide variety of flavours and toppings and I enjoy sampling these. Ice cream has a cultural relevance and must be seen within the broad gastro (social!) context in which is exists. Ice cream means something to me individually that may differ from others and I relate it to my past experiences. At some point in the future I’ll make my own ice-cream.
